How do I pay for my ticket?

Payment is arranged directly with our booking desk on WhatsApp. This website never asks for card or mobile-money details — you send your booking summary, we confirm the seat, then we send you the payment instructions.

Can I choose my own seat?

Yes. After you pick a departure and tap View Seats, the live seat map opens. Seats already taken are greyed out and can't be selected, so what you see is what's actually free.

What's the difference between VIP and Regular?

VIP coaches have wider reclining seats, more legroom, power outlets and on-board WiFi. Regular coaches are our standard configuration at a lower fare. The fare shown always matches the class and departure zone you picked.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekday travel a day ahead is usually plenty. Friday evenings, Sunday afternoons, public holidays and the December peak fill up fast — we recommend booking three to four days ahead on those dates.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Message the booking desk on WhatsApp as early as you can. Changes and cancellations are handled case by case depending on how close you are to departure and whether the seat can be resold.

Where do I board the bus?

Each route page lists the departure point and reporting time for every trip. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before departure so luggage can be loaded and your seat confirmed.

We confirm on WhatsApp — never on this page

This website never takes your card or mobile-money details. Once you've chosen your trip and seat, we open WhatsApp with your full booking ready to send. Our desk confirms availability and sends payment instructions directly.
